Question for all:

1) As far as I am aware DEC has NOT pre-warned about this qtrs #s.

2) CPQ and DEC have been working extremely closely on the merger plans. Therefore, I assume that CPQ has made it abundantly clear to DEC that warning (and early) is important...CPQ "well" understands the "late or lie" negative effects. Yet, DEC hasn't warned.

What are your expectations of DEC's qtr tmw and its effect on CPQ ?
