Hi TTOSBT,

Is it possible that Tom Kurlac's words were carefully planned to cause panic?. Did He abuse his position of power to wreak havoc on the masses?. If so, his conspiracy along with Merrill's has caused many investors to suffer Hugh looses. Both Merrill Lynch and Tom Kurlac may have possibly be guilty of the Federal Ricco laws involving profiting or benefiting from racketeering. I think if there are any legal representatives on this thread this possibility should be investigated. It is time to free Intel's shareholders from unscrupulous and corrupt activity. Are the shareholders being held hostage and if so how long must we suffer stagnation or looses with our investment. This kind of practicing can go on for years. There does not appear to be any logical reasoning for today's call by Tom Kurlac. There is nothing in any of the transcripts of events which warrant an outrageous declaration of alarm. I think the SEC and the DOJ should be invoked to investigate the record of stock manipulation to benefit brokerage firms.

If I may have addressed this issue incorrectly or am not aware of all the facts please accept my apology but as a shareholder of Merrill Lynch I do want to be assured that my company is being run by upright leadership with moral regards and conscience.

Thank you
Frank
