Congress started to pass a law on early calling of elections, Media volunteered to not call early. THIS YEAR they have announced they will call early. I think it will help Republicans since most democrats except those that are paid outside the polls, are soft voters. Of course with motor voters many more dead people will vote. It is estimated that 10% of dem vote is illegal. The only change I would make to electorial college would be eliminate the winner take all for a percentage breakdown.
