JF,

The bringing on board one individual does not necessarily spell success. That individual has to have the support of all of the management staff! If her were to make what the management thought were bad decisions, even if in the long run the 'new' boy turned out to be right, management is liable to 'veto' the plan, only to be sorry later! Of course, the 'new' boy might eventually take the 'heat' for the decision that he did not make! The politics of a company is a treacherous path and at any time an idea can be killed by 1 individual!

Whether MUEI can still duplicate DELLs JIT-BTO remains very much of a question in my mind!

Regards,

Ken
