The position that DELL will not enter the sub $1k market. IMHO, does not hold water!

The reasons as follows:

1) Technology rapidly advancing.
2) More chip integration coming.
3) Component costs dropping.

Again, IMHO, if it becomes 'profitable' for DELL to enter the sub $1K market, DELL will be there! Of course, the out the door cost for DELL will be less that for other companies due to the DELL JIT-BTO model!

Let's say that MUEI makes some headway here in the USA, what about Europe and Asia? Huge markets, and new plants for DELL!

It will be interesting to watch!
