From the last proxy statement Option under the 1990 Plan
terminate 3 months after termination of employment. Mr Larkin
left in Dec/Jan he would have to exercise his options. Why did
he sell well that s another question. First it cost money to
exercise and maybe he's still not employed and he also may
not know anymore than us after 3 months and has other personal
reasons to sell.
