John - Richard / Saxon Petroleum Messages 700/703/721/778 October was a busy month in the trading of this company. Not very much trading up to this point in time. News release was good. Problem here is the number of shares outstanding. Wouldn't be surprised to see a rollback somewhere around 6X. I wonder what the production status is on the first well they successfully drilled back in May. They talked about testing and innitial flow rates, nothing about it currently. They have spent quite a little bit in drilling this year. Wonder what their land position is. Back to shares outstanding. In order to make this an attractive investment for institutional investors, they will need to consolidate total shares outstanding. I would be interested if they were to do that. I also wonder what their working interest is in their key core area of exploration and then if less than 75%, who joint venture partners are.
