Well I can't speak for your experiences but mine have been just the opposite of yours. When calling I have yet to have the phone ring more than once before it is answered. Trades are generally executed while I am on the phone and on the few times I have had to wait for a return call conformation I have been pleased in many cases to have gotten slightly better prices on both entry end exit trades. What I am saying is based on 59 trades with them since the middle of May this year. About the only complaint I have is with the .03 per share commission surcharge on stocks trading for under a dollar. I just don't think they rate the bad rap you are hanging on them JFH
