This IZZIW conversion raises some questions that appears to have hit the stock price today. If one buys warrants now, are they buying the old ones or the new ones? It would seem to me as though the stock symbol would have to change to differentiate between the two types. If anyone gets to the bottom of it, please post it here.
Anyone who thinks that the old ones would naturally die after the conversion date, think again. They could be dead but still be traded until the NASD steps in. Old Discovery Zone stock (ZONEQ) was bought and sold for 2-3 weeks after their termination, until the NASD finally stepped in. People were actually buying and selling dead stock.
