They need the extra shares for financing, they get money they give shares. Of course, all the steps should happen for the dilution to occur and it depends a lot in the behavior of the group doing the financing. I could be a big pharma paying good money an going for the long haul, or it could be a venture group going for the short term an quick dumping of shares, look at recent PARS behavior. It is sometimes fair business, or could be very unfair. I just presented the proposals in the report.
