Well I didnt get alot accomplished tonight, other than get an interested Securities Attorney pointed in the right direction.
Strangely enough CVIA's SEC filings are a mess, the proxy vote, the Reg S deal, and some other things are out of order or not filed. The Attorney was jumping around and may have over looked something so if anyone has links or anything such as that, provide them, and it might help speed things up.
If this law firm decides this on class action grounds, I will post the contact info, on this thread. After that it will be upto each and everyone to decide for yourself what is right. If I can get this done I will probably have to quit posting publically in regards to this matter, because of legal ramifications (so I am told).
One last thing Wayne didnt hype this stock, and Wayne had good intentions, he was just trying to keep us all upto date and at the time Jack Arnold was the only person at CVIA so Wayne was trying to help both parties out, I agreed with what he was doing, he was trying to free up some of Mr Arnolds time so Mr Arnold could put this "deal" togather for us. Now those of you that have called you were basically told the same thing as Wayne so lets not flame an honorable man. JMHO
