Go to www.papyrus.com. They have an amazing (free) package that does everything from 15-minute delayed quotes, news searches, advanced graphing, symbol lookup, alerts, etc... I just log on every morning, and let it run in a window.

Best thing about it is it doesn't run through a browser, and it is the next best thing to a real-time quote system.
