Microsoft has clearly and consistently violated the law. Microsoft has also admitted as much in their dealings with the DoJ and in the consent decree. When they think they can get away with it, they flagrantly cross the line. When they know they can't, they run right up along side it. I can speak with some authority on this subject, as I'm a past employee. I've seen this happen many times as an employee.

This is not the work of a "hysterical mob." I think with further investigation you will find you don't buy the "we just want to compete" party line.
