I am sorry, but I do not understand your post. This thread has nothing to do with my business. What you or I post on this thread does not have any affect upon the decision of a hall manager or group of charities in deciding what electronic bingo system to install. I certainly wish no ill will to the investors in this company. But I must say after two years of reading the information put out by AGTI, info that has been relied upon by the investing public, I decided to jump in and provide some additional information.
I assume you have invested real money in this company, so you deserve real information, accurate information and timely information. As I indicated in a previous post, there is a great deal more I could reveal, but have held back. I have attempted to post useful information, in a limited fashion, that is factual so that the flaming darts wouldn't stick. If my credibility is in question, then challenge the information I have posted. If you have read my posts, you will notice that I have also indicated positives situations when possible.
AGTI's options are quite limited at this point. To survive 1997, AGTI has been parceling out the family jewels. Funding is necessary to survive, but will the shareholders survive the funding? The AGTI / Sega JV needs money to continue to develop this product line. An industry source recently asked me if Sega has any money for their part of the development costs. That is a very good question that needs to be asked of management. Remember, Sega Las Vegas is not Sega Japan. I am still reviewing the 10K, but it will take some time to thoroughly review.
