Don:
I agree with your statement that most of the stock is in very
tight hands but with regards to the 1% figure you refer to that
is more like 190,000 shares. I believe that the float is around
19 million shares (according to IBD) I spoke to an acutal analyst
that follows NVX and he feels that no more than 2% of shares
outstanding are in the hands of individual investors. Many of
them like ourselves have no plans on selling. THis futhers tightens
up the stock. This shows why Sturza sent out his 2 page trashing
about NVX right after the meeting to his Institutional clients.
He was hoping to crater the stock and send it free falling. I assume
that if he was successful he would have insturcted clients to cover
some or all of their position. How come Sturza who on Tuesday
said that Lederle flew through the meeting but the CEO of Smithkline
stated that he felt their meeting was a blow to them. I also agree
with you with regards to his pounding of the stock. If he feels
that he is so right, why doesnt he simply use his biggest ally...TIME.

At this point, I am disgusted with his juvenille whining.. Grow the
hell up EVAN. If you made a mistake take you damm lumps like myself
and other have done on other investments. Wall Street may have some
stocks for widows and orphans, but NVX is certainly not one of them.
