Hello! K A Anderson,

Earlier this evening I read a few CVIA Thread postings that I personally ( and yes in my own opinion) found quite disturbing!

Rather then get into one of my long winded postings, I felt a personal need to make these points!

Based on the postings that in my view/opinion are clearly a personal attack on my character I would like to respond in the following way!

Contrary to what Durwood Helms stated on posting #3655, I have not disappeared from the thread!----But! I will say that based on all the negative comments that have been directed my way on this thread by various posters recently, if anyone tried to put themselves in my position, would anyone really believe that they would be in the least bit motivated to ever want to post or contribute on this thread in the future!-I imagine to each his or her own!

And in response to Mike Peters CVIA thread posting #3656, where he stated," I hate making accusations, but I wonder if Wayne was in on this too?"------------ I guess I ask Mike! In on what? In on the over 800,000 shares that I currently own of CVIA, that I bought with my hard earned money? Is that what I am in on? A Shareholder who owns shares in a company?

As it appears that many of you seem to feel it necessary and appropriate to bash my name on this thread! I guess in your opinion, you must do what you feel you must do!

In my opinion, since joining this thread, I have always tried to be respectful and courteous of all posters ( whether I personally agreed or otherwise with their opinions!)---and I have tried to share my views and opinions in a positive way with this thread.

I can completely understand the feeling when an investment is not going in the direction as planned! But! I always like to think that maybe, just maybe, tomorrow maybe a bettor day?

I sense that the mood or tone of many participants on this thread do not appear to feel in their opinion that there are any or at least many good days coming in the future for their investment in CVIA ( the ones that do have an investment in CVIA at this point in time!)...

From a selfish standpoint, I am very anxious to see my significant investment in CVIA ( at least significant to me!)---appreciate in value!

Currently I have very mixed feelings about the nature of the share consolidation scenario.

I sense that each CVIA Shareholder will have their own approach as to how they approach their CVIA Investment--But!--I for one ( and in my own opinion!)--am currently of the thinking that I will need to see the details and specifics of the CVIA/ WOTD merger/acquisition plans ( assuming if, as and when such an activity does take place)....
before I contemplate my next steps as a CVIA Shareholder.

Well! That's it! I'm very long on CVIA Shares ( for me!) and I look forward to see what the next weeks and months bring!

As I have always tried to share, time and time again, everyone has worked very hard for their money, please , please, please, do what is right for you!

For those of you that feel the need to continue bashing me on this thread---feel free if it makes you feel bettor! ( Although frankly, I don't understand the motivation!).....

And yes, Durwood, you will be pleased to know that after considering
your bashing opinions of my character as well as with examples of other posters I have read, I no longer feel the motivation to be a part of the dynamics of this thread!

K A Anderson! Thank you for the positive words of encouragement
in your previous thread, it was appreciated!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
