Albert,

In your response to J.L. you questioned whether the band and the company were in disagreement as to the content of the news release. If I may hazard a guess I would say yes.

To further speculate, the disagreement may be based on a desire of the company to release info pleasing to us shareholders which the band feels may have a negative impact on the processing of the application.

As our success hinges greatly on the success of the band, I for one will gladly wait longer for additional information if releasing it now in any way jeopardizes the bands future.

I hope the company and the band keep their priorities straight and do what is best for all in the long run.
