One thig to keep in mind on the public trashing of ATXI is that they
did throw the first punch so to speak when they pulled that "people
who claim to represent Firamada" stuff. I also believe there is more
to the story because I'm sure that FAMH never would have put that
press release out about the LOI unless they believed that they had
struck a deal with ATXI and it only needed inking.

Just guessing, but I think they were trying to push Ira around by
embarrassing him publically and trying to force him to give in to
their demands to save public face.
