Technical solution does exist. Phased Array Radar was developed to solve the similar problem and has been used by military over a few decades. If a part of its underlying technology is used, you can build one small dish which electronically changes radio wave reception angle without mechanical motion. Question is cost. If Moor's law applies, it should be affordable by now. Does anybody know? MORI
