Not a great day for AFFX, but more than made up by VGINF which I know you like.

I have been looking at HYSQ and while I remember the lawsuit against AFFX, I have no idea of its validity. As a follower of AFFX, do you think HYSQ has a valid claim? Are the huge patent claims by HYSQ and CHIR likely to prevail?
