Just to confirm, I spoke to Alyssa today. She said ECS is definitely a part of GLOW and we should see a press release to that effect. She said she wasn't sure about Wolfkey (i.e. she hadn't heard a decision yet). She also said external audited financials were due by now and could be released at anytime. They're still waiting for the accounting firm to release their findings.
