I'd like to see a June opening as well, but they'll have to work hard & fast and everything must fall into place neatly. It's an aggressive schedule. My guess is there are three steps to get those firm plans in place:

First, the stock will consolidate in about two weeks from now. Is the consolidation date known yet? It sounds like this is the green light to get all the money matters going.

Once the stock consolidates, then it's on to the financial details with the bonds (CDI's responsibility), convertible debentures, escrow shares, etc. The money should be in MKD's account about three weeks after the consolidation. This brings us to mid-May or so.

From there, the last step should be sending a payment (partial or full) to the company that supplies the CD reproduction equipment and put down a deposit for the building they're leasing. From here on in, it's just a matter of setting the plant up, coordinating with the company in L.A. for the CD mastering and then start producing CDs.

In between the above activities, they'll be busy signing contracts with other clients, finishing off development on the Autonet handheld devices (I assume the software is complete now), and promoting the company like crazy.

By the way, what will they be doing with the radio and T.V. investment shows? I'm not familiar with them.
