Sector, I'm glad you posted that 10k paragraph. Is the "material adverse effect" the loss of interest income from the $36M? Does the Xyplex loss under Whittaker get accounted in some fashon on to MRV's books, although the loss is immaterial after the purchase? I'm convinced the Xyplex deal will be great, but I would like to learn more about this type of accounting. It's way beyond 1st semester fair! Richard
