1) Cyberguard is a one product company with lousy management and atrocious financials.

2) Despite all the awards and accolades, Cyberguard has only been succesful in selling one thing - more stock. Cyberguard needs to do this because the company is constantly teetering on the edge of insolvency.

3) I agree that network security is a growing concern and business opportunity. Unfortunately, Cyberguard is in no position to exploit this business.

4) Read the last 10-Q.

5) Never, ever, ever trust a stock promoted by David Stewart. Mr. Stewart makes his living by spreading hype through his newsletter, fax service, and the internet. the vast majority of investors who get involved in Stewart picks end up losing money. If you don't believe me, then ask Jas about his experience with Zitel.
