Three upgrades on INTC, one downgrade (Kurlack), no effect on the price by the upgrades, but WOW that downgrade tanked it! Maybe people were looking for an excuse to sell, or maybe the upgrade gang is caught long. (We know about SoundView's crooked tricks -- INTC is definitely gonna tank within six weeks regardless of Kurlack's downgrade, because that's about how long SoundView gives a stock to reach its target before they downgrade it.)
