Glenn, I am currently paying $31.95/month for unlimited dynamically updating realtime quotes from bullsession.com This is for NY and Nasdaq quotes. You can add AMEX and options and Canadiens for incrementally higher $$. This comes in the form of a java applet, so it isn't tied to the Windows platform (good for me at work on my Sun workstation). Subscription is very quick (can be up the same or next day) and reliability is excellent. Their feed comes from SP Comstock. I should qualify this with the fact that I am currently alpha testing a similar service from my broker, Datek. Their service will provide largely the same features for free to customers (see the Datek Streamer thread on SI). Right now, this service is in alpha testing and only gives Nasdaq quotes, is much less reliable, and not yet ready for prime time. But its only alpha. I will likely go solely with this service when its fully released. Datek itself gives unlimited rt quotes for all accounts, as does Discover Brokerage Direct. DBD includes rt options quotes too.
