Good morning all!!! Nice to see some financials....and Byron leading the way as usual. JV refers to Joint Venture....and that's a name we'll enjoy getting used to. I hope our Rocketman is stoking up the boilers for today's magic carpet ride. Any predictions on today's journey? I beleive we'll close at about 6 5/8ths or so. Take care and go DGIV!!!!!
