Devil Ray - definately not "too late" Read my post re: what I did with AOL years ago... Was it "too late" for the people who bought it at 6 after 600% rise? This is a company that has countries or major parts of countries "locked up" (or is getting them locked up) in terms of call volume for VoIP services...countries... One of which has the 4th largest pop. in the world.. where no man has dared to go before..... (hard to break into Indonesia unless you have political clout....geez - even Motorola didn't get licences there it wanted for Iridium (via some research I did) - & DGIV gets the licences it needs. Tell me that isn't a major coup (& not speaking of overthrowing the leadership...)
