Patrick, in my opinion -- and that is all it is -- the stock IS in fact moving, albeit not in the major way that we want it to and in which I believe it will move once the deal is in the bag.

As to why it hasn't exploded -- again, my opinion -- is simply because there is always an element of risk that some last minute change of mind or other circumstance could delay or derail the deal.

I think that those who have been following Bomax for 1 or 2 years now, have had ample time to pick up more shares to average down and are either tapped out or feel it is just silly to risk more and more money on one and only one play.

Then, there are the others who will jump in betwee 40 to 90 cents and probably much above, once the deal is signed, counting on a stock price 6 to 10 months from now which could easily be $ 3 to $ 5 based on cash flow and earnings from the deal(s).

But I see this morning that the bid has strengthened to 20 lots at $ 0.36 with the last price holding at $ 0.38 with only 2 lots offered at $ 0.38...that is 1000 shares or $ 380.00 worth. A pittance. If someone were to come in to try to pick up 20,000 or 30,000 shares at this point, it is quite conceivable they would be looking at an offer on the last 5,000 shares at maybe 50 or 55 cents.

This is a lot more bullish than when there were 4 lots bid at $ 0.30 and 14 offered at $ 0.38 just days ago.
