Yuri: According to a newsletter put out by the company on Oct 22, Steve Hardy is stepping out of the CEO position and assuming the positon of Chair of the Board and executive director of mergers and acquisitions. Call Tonya and have her fax the newsletter to you. Their fax number is 903-581-2272. Appears to me that they are dividing the management so that Steve can be more active in the acquisition area where their growth and revenue will be coming from in the future. Bill Black
