Maximization of the potential of the Internet will be achieved within our offices, not on the global networks.

Power (and the costs associated with it) will be borne by the users. Product transition is best achieved, in terms of pace of transition and distribution of required capital resources, when the upgrades are conducted in a decentralized fashion.

It would be cost prohibitive for ISP's and telecoms to upgrade the Internet in consecutive increments (in terms of technological improvements), and they will seek to take much greater incremental leaps (surpassing the small leaps in between)to maximize their use of capital.

Users will not be satisfied with this slower, yet more cost effective approach, and will seek to capitalize on the small incremental leaps in technology by upgrading their hardware more frequently than the Internet is improved.

CSCO vs. PCs? I'm not sure. Probably enough for all to do quite well.

What do you think? Does this make sense?
