MY OPINION is LEAVE this sucker alone. Happens to be one of the VERY FEW disappointments of Bill Mathews who publishes The CHEAP Investor. I did NOT own any CHCA. I have the Highest Regard and Respect for Bill and have done EXTREMELY WELL using him. Fate may have lead you to post to me about this.
