Factfinder; The news release your speaking of is in relation to the purchase of NZOnline, which is not an ISP. When speaking with the company, NZOnline has just recently changed their name to ImageCraft. Imagecraft is a graphics software developer that from what I hear, has created some world class product. It seems that their PicTrix technology has been licensed to Hannimex, an Australian subsidiary of FUJI. FUJI and Polaroid are now looking at ImagCraft's technology for the North American markets. PicTrix is a digital blue screen graphics manipulation technology. To conclude, I feel there is an incredible opportunity for this company to realize a more industry standard P/E. I'm glad I own some BKI at these prices because its going to be fun when the analysts and institutions start covering it.
