George,
Supposedly Monsanto has plans that involve future development for Calgene, by way of a Monsanto stock split. Monsanto now owns 54% of calgene therefore they are the controllers. I would like to see the company apply hydroponic growing techniques to the tomato products. It does not make much sense to grow a technologically advanced product in the old fashioned way. By applying hydroponic techniques they could grow the tomato anywhere, anytime, and with a greater volume using less space. Initial set-up if done by the co. would be high, but there are a lot of independent hydroponic growers spread out through the states right now. Anyhow when I heard of the Monsanto future plans, myself and broker both upped our stake in the company. Looks like a long term hold, and like you said 100% upside.

Roberto
