Frank - I've noticed that this has happened to SIGA stock early in the day of earnings reporting for the last several qtrs. This was an especially good qtr for SIGA, yet I believe when some investors see that the results are at or barely exceed expectations, they are disappointed and begin to sell. During the selling, I think there are several stop loss orders that get picked along the way. Eventually, the buyers move in and the price recovers. The conference call is probably at about 9am PDT today. I expect SIGA's price to be higher at the end of trading today. Paul
