The intraday MAs I use are very far apart.

This suggests to me either a sideways, choppy motion for a while as they approach each other or even a minor rally.

But I do not think your entry was ill-timed. Had to pick a point somewhere, yes?

We should know by mid afternoon if we are correct or not.
