I too am a pure chartist along the same lines as your esteemed friend, I only point to it when it serves my purposes... To that end, has anyone noticed that volume has been drastically reduced? Unless upside volume comes back and pushes it higher on news (in which case, I'd go long and ride the momentum, hypothetically), it will probably fall when people get tired of holding. Or has everyone forgotten what they learned in technical analysis class, or were they home sick (with madness)?
