Gregor and All, I've never been old enough to really experience a bear market, but the books I've read lead me to believe that we are in the final stages of the BULL. Watching these internet stocks head upwards with no abandon just backs up our predictions. I've done a little shorting in my life, but I'm not about to short any of these high flying internet stocks making new highs. It would be better, IMO, to use a stock sitting near a bunch of resistance. These internet stocks don't have any resistance waiting as they just keep flying upwards. My current strategy is somewhat of a CANSLIM strategy, buying stocks on breakouts from long bases. Has anyone tried to short a stock that breaks out into new lows? It seems like that would be a low risk opportunity to hedge. Just rambling... Whatever the stock market does, God will provide for his children. It may put some character back into the world if a bear market hits. God bless, Grant
