After looking at the IT trading logs for the last 3 days I have come to the conclusion that we are seeing churning from the market makers. The volume on trade just isn't big enough to support these short rumors.

The last trade of 100 shares dropped the price back. Who would trade 140.00 and still have to pay commission?

I think that cheap shares are wanted and this is the only scare tactic that they can use.
