I think the bottom line is the bottom line.

They've proven they were able to grow revenues
in the past with all their acquisitions and
expansion in preceding years. "Sales growth
at any cost."

What they are only now beginning to do is prove
they can grow the bottom line (earnings) in a
consistent and reliable fashion. Their P/S
is already very (too) low (0.16!), so it seems
to me that an improving P/E should eventually
drive the stock.

Meantime, as you point out, they'll get some
general dragdown from the semiconductor industry
as a whole.
