Thank you all for your imput. We all seem evenly divided, and so does the market with INTC trading at $74 1/4. I don't know how smart it was, but I bought a INTC May 75 Put option at $2 5/8. Its at $3 now, but not burning up the track. Ilike INTC as a long term hold, I invest in their DRIP, but short-term 2/3 quarters out, I am kinda bearish. I will be investing in INTC in the way down, a little at a time, but the glory days are over for right now until margins and poduct line is over-hauled. Thanks again for your input, SI is the best and you people are great. Keep the faith, JR
