James, sorry to hear the news about cvus. Sure looks like they have sold you and all present shareholders down the river. If I were in your shoes (which I'm not-I never got involved) I would be selling today. 3 will look high once the selling begins. And you will definitely be able to notice when that is because the volume should skyrocket. Just one other thing about these floorless convertibles:
I have never seen a company overcome one of these things and become "respectable" again. I'm not saying it hasn't happened just I've never seen it. Once it happens, Wall Street will avoid this company like the plague. Can you imagine the suits Wall Street would have if they recommended a stock that had done a floorless convertible? At the very least, Wall Street avoids these companies until the management has been purged, which in this case looks like it will take a while. Anyone who thought this stock could eventually break 10 should give up. I have never seen a floorless stock recover enough, even years later, to do that. Anyway, I plan on looking up cvus once in a while just to see how low it will go and if it will go under 1. I hope you didn't have too much money invested in this risky venture...
