Yes, and you can bet they want to get this done before the third and especially the fourth quarter results. These are historically very strong quarters for Gravis, and they are going to be exceptional this year. It will be very hard to justify a low valuation after a very profitable quarter. The third quarter ended yesterday, Oct 31st.
