I hope PairGain doesn't buy anyone just now. They need to get their stock price up first. Most companies use their stock as the capital in an acquisition and PAIR's stock price is less than half of it's former high. The acquirer's stock invariably get's beat up, near term, and I don't want to see PAIR in the low teens.
