brevity doesnt cut it when trying to cover all basis for a judge, dude...when going for an appeal....when trying to win a case.... and that is wisdom..... but then again....have you ever looked at all the issues in a case that is part of precedent and how they wind and turn around facts and each case is different and trying to put them all together..... and distinguish your case from a case that blows yours apart... brevity isnt always wisdom and doesnt always become a contradiction... next time your life is on the line...financially, emotionally, physically....in a court of law think about your post again
