Okay, HELP -- I've been trying to get into ETPI for about an hour now; I finally gave up trying to pinch pennies and put in a small limit order at .95, and it's still not filled. ??? Granted, I'm using Waterhouse and they're lousy, but still...I don't understand why my order hasn't gone through. This is extremely frustrating. I'm down on TPII right now so I'm really hoping to make up for it with ETPI. Perchance :)
