vince This is great. Morgan Stanley manipulates stocks and indexes and makes a ton of money screwing small investors/speculators. SEC fines them $1 mil. They are both happy. But we continue to be SCREWED. Can we sue both MS and SEC for our losses ?? How about a class action by SI posters?? Of course then the lawyers would win and we would still be screwed!!!! ANY SOLUTIONS ??? ratan
