Mang,

Thanks for the info.

32 1/2 call options increased (or decreased possibly, as
jhild mentioned; but probably increased in light of
the Cowen reiteration (not upgrade)) by another 672
contracts.

Since the Cowen reit, the price has been more consistent
around the +1/4 (but now it's looking like it's dropping
again...)

Yes, the Cowen reit didn't impress me either. I wasn't
sure why. I think it's because I remember a few of their
other upgrades (or downgrades) on COMS and they didn't
really strike me as having conviction. Possibly, they're
just trying to manipulate sentiment for their clients.
Hope they're reading this!!

I should start making a complete list of all downgrades/upgrades/
reits and possibly also earnings revisions. I might do this
later. Probably be a good thing for the thread...

About the 10 mbps NIC price move yesterday, I thought
it was a good move also. I noticed some other posts, maybe
this thread or the other COMS thread were sort of
negative on the cuts. But, my gut tells me they're in a
somewhat new business mode, and therefore trying to
reestablish a solid foothold for the future. If it gets
more market share that's great, but then again 10 mps NICs
are becoming relics....

Also, "production cost from Asia" - do they have manufacturing
sites already built in Asia? I thought they were in the
process of building one in Malaysia...

Joe
