I'm puzzled. Why would TV Ontario have any interest in AREL if they are as bad as you say? Surely they must have been aware of the many other companies that you say offer a similar service which you also say are far superior to AREL. Unless they are stupid, it doesn't make sense for TV Ontario to be interested in an inferior product. Incidentally, I have had no difficulty getting information from Mor Sela. As I recall first you had difficulty with the email address that I gave you, which I had to give you again (see recent posts). Then you had difficulty spelling Mor Sela's name correctly. What seems to be the problem? The following doesn't sound all that bad to me. biz.yahoo.com
