Seems as though this stock has a lot of momentum. I see intra-day dips but it always ends with an uptick for the day. I gave up waiting for a downturn and bought additional shares at 55. Also, I talked with a business unit head for Computer Sciences Consulting which is a direct competitor of Sapient. I asked his opinion of Barron's comment that Y2K would hurt Sapient, CSC and others. He said that he too sees more opportunity than adversity in Y2K. He also said that with 60 offices worldwide CSC was positioned well to do a lot of EURO conversion work. He said that even beyond the year 2000 the work will continue to come in. He is actively turning business away because he can't find enough qualified people to take on all of the projects that are offered. BTW he said that Sapient was overvalued. Probably true, but it has enormous momentum right now so I'm not going to buck the trend. - Scotk
